The idea of the Super* Basic Exercise is to daily go through all of a person’s cores and balance them using various resources. The basic exercise, which consists of nine parts, creates a framework for one’s spiritual journey. After the basic exercise, spiritual practice can be expanded in necessary directions by acquiring more diverse resources. Completing and learning the basic exercise is part of the Super* Introduction course.

The basic exercise uses the image below as support and structure. The image details nine internal centers of a person following the ideology of ancient chakras. The left side of each center represents an active lesson, and the right side represents a passive lesson. The lessons and their obstacles follow the 'fight/flight or freeze' logic. When a person learns to face the obstacles of the centers safely, the related lessons open up.

The Super* basic exercise does not have a single implementation method for everyone; rather, the exercise always adapts as needed. Each person also has their own (im)balance, which often affects which centers should be given more time and resources. However, at the beginning of the basic exercise, one can learn to perform it in order, for example, from bottom to top.

About six months are allocated for mastering the Super* basic exercise. During this time, the basic exercise is turned into a micro/mini habit and becomes a sufficiently deep part of a person’s daily life.

Example of Implementing the Super* Basic Exercise

Find a Quiet Space and Time: Take 10-30 minutes for yourself. Begin going through the cores of the basic exercise one by one, from bottom to top.

Presence Check: Scan your body and mind, so that you identify any potential problems or tensions. Is there anything you would like to change or to be satisfied with? Do you need more adaptation with something? Give attention with touch and perform necessary actions like yoga poses, stretches, etc. Finally, refocus on presence - be present, here and now, aiming to be in safety mood.

Inner Child Check: Identify your current emotional state - is it positive or negative? Consider what emotional resources you need for the day. Give your inner child space to be itself and express its needs and different kinds of states. The aim is to wake up and let the inner child play its meaningful games today.

Inner Adult Check: Ask yourself what is important today. What I do today, what is right or wrong about it? Pay attention to all emerging matters. Do I need to make some choice or face conflict today? How do I follow my values in practice?

Heart Check: Recall your best and worst version of yourself. Feel your connection to yourself, your loved ones, nature, various groups, and all of humanity. Be bravely your authentic self, your true persona. You can learn from and model everyone else, but be yourself.

Passion Check: Consider your motivation level - are you in apathy or excited? Is there today something that needs to be tried or where you can fail? What motivates you the most? Say to yourself, I can be successful - I am successful today.

Reason Check: Are you facing clarity or fuzziness today? Is there something that needs your attention and solution? What things need more reason than intuition and instincts today?

Own World Check: Consider what roles you need in today’s tasks. How could you be more creative and unveil your potential. Is there any personal development tasks available? Also, ensure your creative energy flows freely.

Reality Check: Check if you are too busy or forgetting something important. You can bring your timeline to mind and objectively identify potential problems in your current state of being. You can give yourself a rule for the day, for example. You can also check here that dual consciousness is indeed in effect. What would be ideal things to achieve today? How would you do that?

Consciousness Check: Today, is there any issues that you need to understand? You are free to challenge and doubt other people, such as their behavior and beliefs. Seek for explanations. Also, recall yourself, your dreams, and your purpose. Remember the differences between God’s work and human work, and read and/or meditate on quotes from holy books.

Continuing Your Day: If you noticed problems in a particular area, find out what resources are related to that center and how you can integrate them into this basic exercise. The idea is to start developing the basic exercise by focusing on what is right for you. On days when everything is fine and the focus is right, the exercise can be completed quickly. Conversely, it may sometimes take a long time to go through emerging problems and conflicts. It is important to do the exercise every day - even if it is just for a minute.

The goal of the basic exercise is to achieve a state where you experience three flows and relaxations per day and build a strong dual consciousness between passion and reason, together with presence and consciousness in your life.
